The Civil Wars, Josh Turner Reach Gold

The Civil Wars' 2011 debut album Barton Hollow and Josh Turner's single "Time Is Love" have been certified gold by the RIAA for shipments of 500,000 units each. The Civil Wars also appear with Taylor Swift on the single "Safe & Sound," which reached platinum status in July. Meanwhile, Turner's "Time Is Love" is his fifth gold-certified single, following "Why Don't We Just Dance," "Would You Go With Me," "Your Man" and "Long Black Train."
